In an exclusive interview with GoMids.com writer Adam Nettina, college football magazine editor and overall “guru” Phil Steele picked the Air Force Falcons to finish 7-5 during the 2009 season, saying that coach Troy Calhoun’s Falcons would become bowl eligible for a third consecutive season.

Steele, whose magazine has been named the most accurate in terms of predicting the success of college teams each the past 10 seasons, went on to say that Troy Calhoun would field his best team yet in the coach’s third year at the Academy.
