K Joe Buckley

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

S Wyatt Middleton

Middleton had a monster game on defense for the Mids, racking up 9 tackles and breaking up two passes. His sure tackling helped hold Air Force to only 183 yards on the ground, with the Falcons' longest gain only amounting to 21 yards.

UNSUNG HERO OF THE WEEK

K Jon Teague

Despite losing the place-kicking job during practice, Teague boomed his four kickoffs against Air Force for a 66.2 yard average, including one touchback. These kicks were able to keep the dangerous Reggie Rembert from breaking a return longer than 25 yards during the game.
