He helped Navy to four straight Commander-in-Chief trophies and and bowl appearances (2004-07). These days, Ballard, 24, is hoping develop the next Adam Ballard. The Texan is a graduate assistant working with the fullbacks at the Naval Academy Prep School in Newport, R.I.
